Scope
This policy covers this website only. It does not cover the Global Dental Software platform that clinics run in their practices. That platform holds patient records and is governed by the agreement between us and the clinic operating it, together with that clinic’s own obligations as the controller of its patients’ data. No patient information is collected by, sent to, or stored on this website.

What we collect
Information you give us
The demo request form is the only place this website asks for anything about you. It collects:
- Your name
- Your work email address
- Your clinic or organization
- Your number of locations (a range, chosen from a list)
- Your preferred language for the demo
- An optional message, if you write one
The form also contains a hidden field that people never see and never fill in. If it arrives filled in, the submission is discarded as automated spam and no email is sent. Nothing about you is recorded in that case.
Information collected automatically
Our host records standard server logs when a page is requested: the IP address making the request, the page requested, the time, and the browser’s user-agent string. These are generated by the hosting infrastructure for security and reliability, not by us for marketing.
What we do not collect
- No cookies. This site sets none. See the Cookie Notice.
- No analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no session recording, no heat mapping and no A/B testing script on this site.
- No tracking across other websites, and no profiling.
- No patient or clinical information. Please do not put patient details in the message field. If you do, we will delete them.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use what you submit for one purpose: to reply to your demo request and to have the conversation that follows from it. We do not add you to a newsletter, and we do not sell or rent your details.
| What | Why | Legal basis (UK/EU GDPR) |
|---|---|---|
| Demo request details | To contact you and arrange the demo you asked for | Article 6(1)(b) — steps taken at your request before entering a contract |
| Acknowledgement email to you | To confirm we received your request | Article 6(1)(b), as above |
| Server logs | Security, abuse prevention, keeping the site available | Article 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in running a secure site |
| Spam filtering (hidden field) | To stop automated submissions | Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest |
International transfers
Our providers are based in the United States, and our own offices are in the United States, China and Peru. If you contact us from the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or another region with transfer restrictions, your information will be transferred outside that region.
Where those transfers require a safeguard, we rely on our providers’ Standard Contractual Clauses and their published data processing terms. If you would like details of the safeguards that apply to your enquiry, ask us and we will send them.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests for 24 months after our last contact with you, so that we can pick the conversation up again if you come back to us. After that they are deleted.
If you never reply to us, the clock runs from the day you submitted the form.
Server logs are kept for the period set by our hosting provider, which is short and measured in days rather than years. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time, and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or the EEA
You have the right to ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, to object to our using it, and to receive it in a portable format. You can also complain to your national data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office.
If you are in California
You have the right to know what we have collected, to delete it, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. You may use an authorised agent to make a request.
Everyone
Whatever your location, you can ask us what we hold about you and ask us to delete it. Email either address in the Who we are section. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first, which normally means replying from the address you originally used.
Security
Everything the page needs — styles, scripts, images and typefaces — is served from this domain. There are no third-party resources loaded into the page at all.
The site is served only over HTTPS, with HTTP Strict Transport Security, and sends security headers that prevent it being framed by other sites and prevent content-type sniffing. Form submissions travel over TLS to our endpoint, which validates them and passes them to our email provider. Camera, microphone and geolocation access are switched off at the browser level for this site.
No system is perfectly secure. Please do not send us sensitive information — and never patient information — through the form.
Children
This website is for dental professionals and organizations. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. If a change materially affects how we handle information you have already given us, we will contact you about it.
