What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of this website. They are not a licence for the Global Dental Software platform, and they are not a contract to supply it. Any use of the platform itself is governed by a separate written agreement between us and the clinic or organization licensing it.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Using the site
You may read this site, and submit a demo request through it, for the purpose of evaluating our platform for a dental practice or organization.
You agree not to:
- use the site in any way that breaks the law, or that infringes anyone else’s rights;
- submit false information, or someone else’s details without their permission;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its endpoints or its infrastructure;
- use automated means to scrape, overload or disrupt the site, or to submit the form;
- copy substantial parts of the site for republication.
Demo requests
Submitting the demo request form is a request for a conversation. It is not an order, it does not create a contract, and it does not oblige either of us to anything.
We will make reasonable efforts to reply, but we do not guarantee that we will respond to every enquiry, or that a demo will be arranged. Pricing is not published on this site, and nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance.
Please do not include patient information in your message. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle what you send.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — the text, layout, graphics, logo and underlying design — belongs to us or to our licensors, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. The Global Dental Software name and logo are our marks and may not be used without our written permission.
You may read, print and share pages of this site for your own non-commercial evaluation, provided you do not alter them and do not remove any notices.
Accuracy of the information here
This site describes our platform and its capabilities in general terms, for information. Product descriptions are not specifications and not warranties. Features, availability and supported regions change, and what is right for one clinic may not suit another.
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Nothing on this site is legal, clinical, regulatory or compliance advice. References to standards such as HIPAA or GDPR describe how the platform is designed; they are not a certification, and they are not a guarantee that your own use of any system will be compliant. Take your own advice.

Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Our total liability in connection with this website is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
This clause concerns the website. Liability in connection with the platform itself is dealt with in the agreement covering it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. We may also change or withdraw parts of the site without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and the courts of Riverside County, California have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may bring proceedings where you are based. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that gives you the right to bring proceedings locally, this does not remove that right.
Chosen on the basis that the General Headquarters is in Riverside, California. Confirm with counsel, particularly given the offices in China and Peru.
